All Plastic Service Fixtures with Special Molded Needle Valve near the base of the fixture for fine adjustment of fluids.


These fixtures are compatible with all laboratory services lines and are resistant to internal and environmental corrosion, abrasion and leaching in the presence of high purity distilled and deminerialized waters. They are produced in standard 3/8” FNPT and 1/2” MNPS sizes and are compatible with all conventional services, including water, all gases, hot and cold water, vacuum, etc.

Includes Fig. No. 500 Fixture Connector Nipple in matching plastic and PVC locknut and “O” Ring for sealing base of fixture to seating surface. These Fixture Connector Nipples are supplied with 3/8” FNPT and ½” MNPS.

Direct Operated Fixtures have a special molded ball valve near the base for quick opening and closing.
Includes Fig. No 500 Fixture Connector Nipple in matching plastic and PVC locknut and “O” Ring for sealing base of fixture to seating surface. These Fixture Connector Nipples are supplied with 3/8” FNPT and ½” MNPS.

High purity water usage demands special materials of construction to prevent contamination, whether the usage is in research or production. Plastinetics® offers a laboratory gooseneck fixture manufactured completely from un-pigmented polypropylene. Laboratory tests have established that there is virtually no pickup of either organic or inorganic material from the virgin polypropylene materials of construction.
Polypropylene’s excellent resistance to chemical attack by most acids and solvents makes this fixture most suitable for installation inside fume hoods where the fixture will be subject to a corrosive environment.
The intelligent design of our laboratory service fixtures enhance the appearance of either a laboratory or production facility, promotes efficiency and reduces maintenance resulting from glass breakage.

PLASTINETICS® recirculating laboratory fixture is the ideal choice for your Ultra Pure Water System in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and semi-conductor industries. The recirculating gooseneck fixture is designed to eliminate potential area of contamination and areas of bacteria build-up.
PLASTINETICS® recirculating goosenecks feature all-plastic construction. Fixtures are available in unpigmented, natural Polypropylene and unpigmented PVDF.
